The practice

Established in Boston in 1985 and in Los Angeles since 1990, the practice spans commercial, residential, institutional and industrial work — with particular depth in hillside construction, laboratories, and the discipline of the construction documents themselves.

From 1998 to 2022, senior architectural, structural and civil systems engineer and specification writer at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Teaching appointments at Harvard, MIT, and Brandeis University. Educated at UCLA (Master of Architecture), SCI-Arc, and the Royal Academy of Fine Art, Stockholm.
